Author of 3 cookbooks (so far) in the 30 Meals in One Day series: Dinner is Ready, Lunch is Ready, On the Side. Author of 30 Meals in One Day software (okay I had help from software development specialists). Currently living happily ever after in Pleasant Grove, Utah...what a lovely place to be.
