How to Peel Boiled Potatoes

Do you love making eating potato salad, but hate peeling the boiled potatoes? I found the niftiest video about how to peel boiled potatoes. Who knew it was this easy? Wow. I wish I had known about this years and years ago. Watch this video and see how. And any of you who grew up watching Gilligan's Island will especially like it!

Fresh Living on Channel 2

Did you happen to see the Worldwide Ward Cookbook - Secret Recipes segment on Fresh Living on Channel 2? If you missed it, all is not lost! ha ha! You can view it here . And just in case you watch it and want to rush right into the kitchen to make it, here is the recipe. =D


Lemon Chicken

 

4 pounds chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
2 Cups fresh lemon juice
2 Cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 Cup corn oil
2 Tablespoons lemon zest
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Combine chicken and lemon juice in a bowl or zipper bag; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain chicken. Combine flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken pieces, a few at a time, for 5 minutes on each side until browned. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a large, shallow baking dish.Sprinkle with lemon zest and brown sugar. Mix chicken stock and lemon extract; pour around chicken. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. 6 servings.
