Thank You!

A huge THANK YOU to all of you who submitted recipes for the Christmas Edition of the WorldWide Ward Cookbook. What an amazing response in such a short period of time. I have received hundreds and hundreds of delicious recipes from all across the nation and all around the world. Along with them came the most wonderful, touching, inspiring, heart-breaking, hilarious, amazing, spiritual (I could go on and on) stories. This book will be better than the last because of your willingness to share the beautiful little glimpses into your lives. Your stories and traditions and memories add so much to the book.

If you are arriving here with the intention of submitting a Christmas recipe and feel sad that you missed it, fret not! We aren't specifically looking for Christmas recipes any more but you can still submit a recipe for the next cookbook. We are starting now collecting recipes and stories from around the world for the WorldWide 2nd Ward Cookbook. Cute, huh? So, if you want to be part of the 2nd Ward...submit away! Just click on SUBMIT RECIPE over there. (to the right )

This is an odd request... but my husband and I hosted a Finnish exchange student in our home for a school year. We loved her very much and would like to contact her. We have tried with little success to find her. I noticed that your Finnish recipe submissions were from Lappeenranta, Finland which is where Hanna was from. Is there any way you could help me contact the sisters from there who submitted recipes so that I might find Hanna?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi Deanna,

Just a thought: "worldwide" is one word, so you might want to fix the mistake on your page title and references to your books. When people do internet searches for them, they'll have more luck with "Worldwide" as one word than if they make it two words.

Thanks so much,

I just found this cookbook at the store last weekend and had to buy it just from the title! I was so excited to go thru it page by page when I got home. I LOVE this cookbook! Thank you so much for creating it!
